Guitarra de Chicas
Guitarra de Chicas is for everyone! Whether you're a native speaker, an active learner, or someone who wants to play guitar and soak in some Spanish-speaking culture, we'd love to have you! Songs are all in Spanish and special attention is paid to the stories behind them. Conversation is bilingual and coffee, mimosas, and snacks are provided.
Language prerequisites: anything from curiosity to fluency.
Guitar prerequisites: basic knowledge of chords like G, C, D, A, E, am and em is necessary for playing along, but beyond that all skill levels are welcome.
Guitarra de Chicas is for women 21+.

Join us for a bilingual morning of learning songs and practicing conversational Spanish and English! Songs will cover a variety of skill levels. This workshop is taught by Mandy Rowden with special help from Gala Arendell and is for women 21+.
This workshop will meet from 10am-12pm on Sunday, June 11th at Girl Guitar at 2309 Thornton Studio C.
