| Acoustic Guitar Classes
These 6-week acoustic guitar classes will cover songs on a variety of levels and end with a showcase! All songs are chosen to allow women on different levels to find a way to be challenged and kick their playing up a few notches. Intermediate-Tuesdays, March 30th, 7-8pm Intermediate-Tuesdays, March 30th, 8:15-9:15pm Beginner Classes are for just that--absolute beginners! We'll start with tuning and holding your guitar and pick and move into basic chords and song structures. Classes are taught by Mandy Rowden and Kristen Hall. Beatles Guitar Class Kick your playing up a notch in this 6-week class that covers only songs by the Fab Four! You should be able to play basic chords and strum patterns before beginning. Studying the Beatles' lyrics, chord progressions, and forms is a great way to step up your own writing and arranging, as well as learn some of the 20th century's most creative and nostalgic music.
